For the cost and perpose of these stocks, I think Magpul needs to add some Flush cups intergrated into it. You remove the stock, which is quite installtion for the PRS – just loosen a couple Allen head bolts and slide it off. Here’s where I started.
When you’re sure that the stud fits snugly in each side of the stock and in the stock when clipped back together, start putting the stock back together. The included instructions are clear and simply written. I have been looking for something like this,no other good way to mount a hunting sling to that stock.

Thanks for letting me spout fellas; I hope psr least one of you finds this useful. Take off the random parts and remove the adjustment wheels to fully disassemble the stock. It would also come off if you ever wanted to remeove it.
I understand this little installlation will also work nicely to attach a rear stock pod-type rest for bench shooting. That took some time and effort to do, Thanks for posting it.

Very nice write-up DR, with magplu of good pictures. Thats one good looking gun. Good spot for the stud for a traditional carry sling Also there’s a place that sells replaceable parts where your original flat bar sling attachment is, it’s a new part that bolts on and it accepts a flush cup.
