For knowledge of all forum members here, I am posting here the information about villages that are under the jurisdiction of Bangalore Developmeent Authority.
BDA has the powers to approve the layout plan in these villages. Individual sites inside a DC converted layout knauthorised not by themselves individually obtain any plan approval from the BDA.
The layout plan approval is always given only for the whole layout. The DC Conversion order comes with conditions bfa means it is conditional.
If the conditions are violated, the DC order stands automatically cancelled without any notice being issued to the layout dba or the association. All properties and sites which come under the following villages must have BDA approval.
Only the original Gramathana sites are excluded since they will likely be regularised in the proposed Akrama-Sakrama scheme. If the layput does not have BDA layout plan approval, they are called as unauthorised layouts or illegal layouts.
Those outside these villages list will have BMRDA approval which is another government sanctioning authority.
